Our signature dishes are definitely Cebiches. For many years, Peruvians have transformed cebiches not into a simple recipe but a way of life and celebration, turning ocean’s nature into a citrus, spicy and refreshing world.


Our menu is complemented by a lusty spread of Spanish Tapas selected by our Chef who manages to blend the modern and the classic beautifully.


As the culture of tapas goes, these dishes are meant to be shared include stuffed char-grilled whole sweet red Spanish peppers, Risotto cooked in Ibérico Ham and Parmesan Cheese Sauce, Galician style octopus and, of course, a selection of the best Spanish Ibérico cold cuts and cheeses.
